15 dollars - 300 words - 4 photos - 30 days (or more if you want)
For $15, you can write up to 300 words about your property and post up to 4 "medium" size photos as shown below. You can get more words, more photos or more days at the rates below:

If you want to use additional photos or different size photos, you can do so at the prices noted below.

If you want more words than 300, additional blocks of up to 100 words are $2 each.

If you want your posting to run for longer than 30 days, each additional 30 day period is one-fourth of the initial cost so long as you do not change anything in the posting. If you need changes, additional cost will depend on how much is changed. Contact us.

If you want your posting to be exactly the same as a printed info sheet you are using, you need to provide us with a screen optimized PDF. Cost to post a PDF is $1 per kilobyte, $15 minimum.

Please use good taste in all text and photos. We're pretty easy-going, but we reserve the right to refuse any posting.

Taking photos:
If you're taking new photos, use the VGA or e-mail setting on your camera. If you don't have a digital camera, we can use regular photos for a small extra charge. See instructions at the bottom of this page.

Physical dimensions: When we receive your photos, we will trim them to what we feel is the optimum image and resize them down to medium size or other size you specify. And yes, you can have several different sizes in the same posting. Just make sure you indicate which photo is which size. Note that the sizes shown represent the area of the photo, not the specific dimensions, so your photos may be a different shape. Anyway, you won't be charged anything until you've approved your posting for publication.

Small: $2 each

Medium: $4 each

Large: $8 each

Extra Large: $15 each

Don't have a digital camera? If you don't have digital photos but do have regular photo prints, we can convert them to digitals for you for an extra $1 per photo. Just go ahead and send your photos and posting text by mail, along with, a stamped, self-addressed envelope (for return of the photos). Be sure to include your phone number so we can contact you with any questions.
