How to post a Pinellas FSBO property address and your phone on Seewiz for free:

If you are selling Pinellas County, Florida real estate as FSBO/for sale by owner, we'd be glad to post that property's address and your phone number on the internet FREE. We'll post them on that section of this site that corresponds to the property's location. Limit one free posting per person per year. Just send an email telling us that's what you want and indicate the property's address and your phone number.

For the sake of this offer we consider a FSBO/for sale by owner property to be one that (1) shows the owner as the primary contact and (2)can be purchased directly from the owner without the involvement of a commissioned agent. (However, this does not exclude FSBO properties where participation of commissioned agents is also invited.)

 

How to post a detailed information page about your Pinellas County real estate, complete with photos for as little as $15:

First, prepare an e-mail to post@seewiz.com. On the subject line, enter the address of the Pinellas property you are posting. Then in the body of the e-mail, type the exact text that you want to appear in your posting, up to 300 words. Here's a short checklist to help you remember to hit the high points.

Second, attach up to 4 photographs in JPEG format that you wish to include in your posting.

Third, send your e-mail with text and photos to us. After we've received your e-mail, we'll respond with a copy of your posting as it would appear on our site and a confirmation of the cost. Upon receiving your approval by return e-mail, we will publish the posting and invoice you.

* The $15 posting follows a standard format and your info MUST be typed in to get the $15 price. If you would like to use more words or more or larger photos in your Seewiz posting, just e-mail us and we'll give you a price.
